On March 15, Degree Awarded Ceremony for Electronics & Communication Engineering Masters (2003) of Dalian Maritime University was held in Dalian Maritime University International Conference Center, which is a great achievement of engineering master class opened jointly by Dalian Maritime University and our group. The leaders of our group, including Liu Bingqiang, Sun Deren, Li Shikuan and Yang Xinyu, and representatives of the relative departments attended this ceremony.

  On this ceremony, Professor Sun Peiting, Vice-President of Dalian Maritime University, announced the names of students who acquired degree of Engineering Master, and 12 students including Guo Zhichu, vice director general of Electron Research Institute and Cong Li, vice manager of Display Factory from our group, acquire the degree. President Wang Zuwen made a speech to review the achievements gained in all fields by cooperation with Daxian Group and Dalian Maritime University in several years, express his determination to cultivate more talents for enterprise, and wish the greater achievements for both parties. And President Wang Zuwen moved tassels to left for graduation and issued Degree Certificate to students who acquired degree of Engineering Master.

  Mr. Liu Bingqiang, Board Chairman of our group, gave the address. He said that Daxian Group had closely cooperated with Dalian Maritime University in various fields covering scientific research, demonstration on projects, talents cultivation and postdoctoral workstation for many years and gained a certain achievements from the cooperation on scientific-research projects and postdoctoral cultivation between Daxian Network Co., Electron Research Institute and Dalian Maritime University Electronic Information Institute. And Daxian Group also became one of training bases for graduates of Electronic Information Institute. Today, what we award the degree for first group of engineering masters cultivated by both parties shows that mutual cooperation between university and enterprise has developed in a new phase, so I very thanks Dalian Maritime University for its contributions to cultivate talents for Daxian. And meanwhile, he hopes that the above students who were awarded degree of Engineering Master could apply their knowledge to production and operation of enterprise and devote themselves into construction and development of Daxian. Finally, he said that it will constantly enlarge mutual cooperation both in scale and field depended on rich strength of scientific research from Dalian Maritime University and guaranteed by strong capital and technologies from Daxian, so as to realize “mutually win” of university and enterprise.
